The Forge is a sound library for Kontakt 5.1 or higher (full version, player doesn't work). If you're looking for epic sounds, you've come to the right place!
Huge, fat carpets, full of harmonics, sounds that alternate between noise, melodic and ambient with absolutely original timbres. Epic Sound Labs has added a complete set of high quality sounds to the library. Modified pianos and guitars, set of powerful loops and effects. The library was created for film makers, television authors and scores in the gaming field, media composer in general, nevertheless if you are looking for particular sounds, here there is a bit of everything even for songs from other extractions.
Interface
If this is not enough, it is possible to interact with the functions offered by the interface to simply access high pass filters, low pass filters, ADSR curve for waveform and volume, a step sequencer / arpeggiator and an effects section with Distortion, Saturation. , Punch, EQ, Delay, Reverb and stack function to make the sounds truly unique. The use is not particularly complex but rather intuitive. All functions are quickly accessed. The arpeggiator with the gate sequencer is particularly effective.

Considerations
Listening and use, the library is of excellent quality. Some instruments are truly excellent and original.
In some cases the playable samples are too few to be used in all keys. However, it remains a great product for finding new sounds and inspiration for new grooves.
The price is not low but it maintains a reasonable quality / price balance.

The Forge in a less "epic" song
The library adds power to the groove which is why it is preferred by soundtrack writers and musicians who need to make their song "epic". We tried to write a song with few sounds for a more common use. The Cinepiano, a rather intense piano, a bowed guitar, a loop and some sporadic inserts of environmental sounds like Aurora, Air tool and Sweep. Kontakt is used as a VST via Logic Pro.
