The world's first USB 3.0 audio interface features four groups each with three MADI inputs and outputs and can act as a patch bay and format converter between them.

In addition to the well-known transparency in the management of data flow, this new interface even outclasses the famous in performance MADI Bridge, as it allows you to combine audio channels from different MADI inputs.

Three MADI ports, each capable of carrying up to 64 audio channels, and additional connectors for microphones, line levels, AES / EBU, MIDI and headphones for a complete set ideal for professionals 'on the road' and recording studios.

Such high performances are guaranteed by the use of the USB 3.0 protocol, but of course the downward compatibility is ensured and the MADIface XT can also work in USB 2 mode while still being able to send and receive more than 64 channels simultaneously.

Alternatively the MADIface XT can guarantee its performance at its best with direct connection on PCI Express. The included ePCIe connector can be used to connect PCI Express and ExpressCards that have support for the external PCIe standard. Thunderbolt connections can also be used with a suitable converter.
