The CD tells the most purely musical part of the group. In fact, RewOut, and in particular the voices - Domenico Simonelli and Xana Vázquez de Prada - come from theatrical experiences and therefore the live performance of the group blends visual art with music.
If desired, the name RewOut it can be read in two ways: given the origins of the group, with a Neapolitan accent, “'rrevuot”, thus indicating the intention of the band to “turn over” the music and the show, or with its correct English accent. In this case, the first part of the name could be short for “rewind”, to rewind the tape, thus referring to the Rock / Hard-Rock-progressive / experimental of the '70s, which inspired the band. The second part of the name, OUT, declares the group's intention to go beyond its roots and tell the contemporary

The Band is made up of six musicians: Dominic Simonelli - voice, choreography, scenography; Xana Vazquez de Prada - voice, keyboards, scenography; Andrea Tieri - guitar; Giammario Palmiero - guitar, choirs; Flavius Landulf - bass; Massimo Aletta - drums, sequences.
The disc, which has ten tracks, opens with the piece entitled “CIRCUS”, which also represents the single extracted from the CD to which the band dedicated a video shot at the Reggia di Carditello. Here the musicians are represented as animals in a cage, consistent with what is expressed in the text "I FEEL LIKE AN ANIMAL KEPT INSIDE A CAGE!”,“ I feel like an animal kept in a cage! ”. Already from the first images the message of the authors is clear: we are all constantly under pressure from society, on how we should be and what we should do, and these are often such as to make us feel like animals in a cage ...
In the second track "LOVE WILL NEVER DIE”, Continues the right amount of aggression that was felt in the previous song, in line with the genre.
From the third track on, we discover instead a more intimate version of RewOut, which winks at a vintage rock carried however, thanks to contemporary musical solutions (OUT), in the 2019.
The melodic, harmonic and rhythmic solutions are always pleasant and personal, obviously in line with this genre. A small note I would like to express for the CD recording, I think it does not do full justice to the reproduction of the songs, especially if carried out in optimal listening conditions. I'm talking about recording and not about the choice of sounds, which instead are very accurate and sought after by composers / musicians.

The foundations of the RewOut project are born in 2007 and during these years the group has collected numerous awards such as: Festival Pub Italy 2010 - Best Text; Caserta Night Fest 2010 - Best Scenic Presence, Best Arrangement and First Prize; It is an advent of music 2011 - First Prize; finalists of the Red Bull tour bus 2012; Contest Revolutions 2013; finalists of European Global Rhythms. They have also performed in many contexts, as is easy to imagine. With the publication of this CD those foundations become solid and on which RewOut will build their future path are "cemented".
From a short interview with Domenico, the male voice of the group, I pleasantly learned that their compositions are the result of the participation of all the elements of the group and represent the synthesis of teamwork. Excellent example of collaboration, when we say group!
