Umberto Sorbo

Augmented STRINGS Intro is part of the Augmented series, it is a simplified version of a tool that combines string samples with state-of-the-art synthesis engines.

All proposed in a simple way with very easy to use controls, instant sound morphing, simple macro controls and a sound ready to mix. Arturia has used the best recording houses, sound designers and instrumentalists in the world, to obtain a new product in terms of cutting-edge synthesis and workflow-oriented design.

The idea is to create new generation acoustic instrument sounds, providing all orchestral genres with an easily controllable sound and various combinations: samples, virtual analog synthesis, wavetable, harmonic and granular.

Transform sound instantly

Make dramatic and expressive changes with optimized macro controls that intelligently alter every aspect of your sound - perfect dynamics and variety every time. Curiosity is great because they also speak of Acoustic Instruments Reinvented, therefore not only string instruments, but new libraries of acoustic instruments that push acoustic and traditional instruments into a territory of modern production. To celebrate the launch of this new range of innovative software, Arturia is making the download available free of charge until April 30, 2022.
